how can i fix the bolt on a gsi toilet?

i have a gsi toilet attached to the wall and the metal attachement which the bolt from the lid attachs too has come loose on one side.it does not tighten when you use a allen key to tighten like it should.how to repalce this as there is nowhere to get access to it
