Sharp thin green horzontal lines all over screen?

Hi, I have a Sharp LC32Av22u, Had it for a few years with no problems until about 6 months ago. Started out as as a few lines and progressively got worse over time to the point of making it not usable. Never been dropped or had any kind of shock damage. Opened back, wiggled connectors, pushed lightly on boards with a plastic spoon, tried different inputs coaxial,serial and s-video, all with no real change in picture quality. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
