Srength Master MI-411 blowing fuse fault?

I have a strength master MI-411. It keeps blowing the 8amp fuse when the motor begins to start. I have tried to replace the capacitor which I have seen on this website but still does the same.

I have tried to look for a replacement board but can't find anywhere who do them.

I have tried to look for a treadmill repairer in south yorkshire but only found a couple in the UK, nobody seems to do this.

It's an expensive bit of kit and just cannot do anything about the problem.

Can anybody Help?
