car will not rev up properly?

I have a 04 807 2.2HDI GLX that will not rev up,turbo has been replaced,all pipes good,computer readings say car is running ok but when started its ticks over fine but will not rev up,any ideas, my garage has had car two and a half weeks and are getting no where.

replace your ignition module, that sometimes can cause that problem where the pins dont meet each other so it struggles to rev up and eventually cut all power, had the same sort of prob with my car. hope this helps.
