When car in motion and revvs go above 2000 it will not reduce even when put into neutral, staying at 2000 revvs. Revvs only reduces when car becomes stationary eg at a junction or traffic lights. Car starts fine and can be revved while stationary and it will return to tickover at just under 1000 revvs.
