What does a key icon fault code mean on a Bosch Washing Machine?

It is a child lock just hold the start button then it will come off

I have determined that the model is WFIX2840GB/26 if that helps anyone. It's approx 4-5 years old. I can't find a meaning for the 'key', so really don't know if this is something simple that I could possibly fix myself or if this is an indication for something more terminal! Any help would be most appreciated.
