zanussi zwf 16581g stuck and wont progress?

hi, i have a zanussi washing machine zwf 16581g and it has stopped mid cycle. it is showing 1. what looks like a washing machine with a key in it, 2.what looks like a thermometer 3. the dispenser drawer sign. i have drained the machine using the pump tube and checked the filter. the filter is clear. i have a load of soaking wet washing in the machine. i can now open the door as the water has been drained,. i cannot get the machine to reset and start again - the display is just stuck please help me. thanks
