How can i fix my tv lock?

Hi my name is Brian, i have inotech 52cm tv, my sister was trying to change channel , then it changed to be blue blank screen with lock on the left side, i tried to press all the buttons on my remote control but it did not work, my remote has mute, numbers 1to9,zoom,disp,sys,sleep, p.p , round arrows and 3 doted lines with stroke, please help me
