barefloors with the bissell model 8905?

Can i use my Bissell Proheat cleaview carpet cleaner on barefloors if i buy the barefloor attachment?

I have tried it with the barefloor "squeegee" but it doesn't do more than just suck the liquid back up.

If you're looking to scrub the floors, this isn't the way.

If you just want to pick up dirt, then it works fine... but don't try this on any floor where the water will be absorbed or leak through to the floor below. It works great on Linoleum, but I wouldn't recommend it for wood floors.
