My Technika LCD32-207 keeps turning itself off! No the sleep isnt set!!! It has no warranty & im not up for paying stupid prices to get it fixed. Anyone know if i could fix it myself or anyone thats qualified that can fix it for a reasonable price?
If you are happy playing around with the backs of tv's then you can get a replacement psu from http://www.lcdtvparts.co.uk/ .
Take a picture of the plug arrangement as 2 plugs can be put in wrong place.
I am a British TV engineer, and do not advocate repairs by unqualified persons. Taking the TV to shop or qualified person, with replacement psu , will keep the costs down.
