need help on fryer internal wiring locations?

i understand majority of deep fat fryers with adjustable temp settin and thermal cut out switch with red and green status leds will be wired internally in pretty much the same methd can you please tell me order of live and neutral cables from suppy flex to element, for eg flex (L) to thermal cut out then temp regulator then element? flex (N) to red and green status led's then element? is this correct?
