pre-wash light flashing, cant wash, cant override?

Can anyone help ? I have a BEKO WM5100W 1000rpm

the pre-wash light is flashing all the time, I cant wash anything. Tried the cancel button but it wont do anything,
I cant override it with another function. Tried turning it all off on washer and pulled the plug, but nothing works. Anyone have any ideas

Not 100% sure but I think the child lock has been activated.You need to press and hold the 2 buttons with the lock sign the prewash light will stop flashing
