Upright Frost Free Fisher E210L Temperature?

The Freezer temperature seems faulty and lots of condensation is occurring. Have checked the power cord and power working, drip tray and hole not blocked, seals okay, freezer drawers are not too full of food, ample air space behind freezer and sides, no dust build-up near motor. Temperature settings as per manufacturer. Freezer has started freezing again. Is there some kind of "auto reset" the freezer needs to do once in a while?
