Be careful. We had a problem with the printer ribbon fouling the report printer paper. (or Vice versa) We could only fix it with patience and tweezers.

hi there, i really need help on how to programme my till so that i can add 17.5% vat on to every transaction. as i am opening a wholesale & all purchases are + vat. i have a manual but it doesnt make alot of since to me. am hoping its possible to programme it so il just have 2 hit a button at end of every transaction...please help...confused

I think you have a paper jam.Switch off at mains and clear the paper jam.Wait 2 minutes and switch on again should be fine.

The error PP refers to a paper jam. Try cleaning the printer and resit the paper.
