man that put it in said he cant do any thing else it needs an engeneer to see to it ,would like phone number to get in touch with them head office for me to phone them myself .

its either diverter valve depending on boiler ie he models ,if not clock,roomstat is the most likely check to see if there set correctly if so call someone dont start messing with electrics.

id check the timer & roomstat first
are you handy with a multimeter?
youd need to check voltages from the pcb board
to the timer & roomstat
if you have the boiler manual to hand
its possible to link out the external CH controls
just have to fit a link wire on wired centre
