Why does Battery when charged only last one minute?

Call customer service at 1-866-354-9679. Battery is under warranty first year, so hurry. Bought my trimmer form QVC last May. It worked fantastic. Love the thing. Brought up the charger and battery from the basement on Easter Sunday. Watched for full charge, loaded, turned on, and died in one minute! Tried again, same thing. Worx is mailing me a new battery free of charge and through in 6 spools. 7-10 day wait. Hurry before your warranty expires.
