how can I fix my worcester bosche combi boiler 28i junior?

The red ignition light keeps flashing. The pilot light doesnt seem to ignite. We have no hot water. We have tried cleaning round in case it was due to dust but this didnt work.The pressure gauge is ok. Any suggestions?
