Is the heating actually coming on, Do the radiators get hot. Or does it fire up for a few seconds, then goes off. If the later, probably just keeping the water inside it for your hot tap up to temp. They are suppossed to be more efficient by doing that. Mine does it. If the 1st option, you have a faulty programmer
