Immobilizer 2007 Accord Lx ?

Just replaced the clutch, removed battery, 3 emission plugs, tranny and replaced clutch. Put back together, started car ran good then died, wouldn't restart. disconnected Neg Bat Cable for couple of minutes - reconnected car started- backed out of driveway vehicle died when put in first gear, won't start. Immobilizer Key light, on dash, lights up solid then goes to its flashing mode on the valet key and the master keys. Is there anything that I can do?
