sigma s series type ac111 car alarm immobiliser?

Hi, I've got one of these fitted to a 2001 Landrover td5.
Problem is got into it this morning, drove around town for about 30 mins, went home got out locked it up and set the alarm.
Two mins later the alarm went off, blipped it with the remote thought no more of it as it does this regular.
1 and 1/2 hours later went out to start my Landrover got ignition lights heater light went out turned the key to start... Nothing not even selanoid click.I've a 10 amp unidentified fuse blowing in my fuse box and an imobilised Landrover.HELP!!!

It fell out of my pocket I put it back together and it's just lighting up red not green wot cud help
