Bosch Exxcel Washing machine auto 00.1?

the macine keeps flashing key up but is locking ok and the display is showing 00.1 if i hold the start button in it 4 2mins it then comes up with code f 16 which is door not shut but it is locked ok and i have put a new door lock on it any ideas plz
