How can I fix my Zanussi FL828?

Trying to get washing machine to work the power button light is flickering on and off but machine isn't working.What is the problem

behind the filter is a chamber sat on the top with a thin black hose which goes up to the pressure switch at the top.this chamber blocks with gunk and scale and causes your problem.remove the wholefilter housing from the machine and clean the chamber or replace the whole filter housing unit
