my mother has a 2001, 1.4 manual, small wheel base mercedes A class. She has regular probs with the alarm going off for no apparent reason. She's been told that the alarm cannot be 'turned off' - has anyone got any ideas?
think these go through an e.c.u,you could try and source an alarm from a scrappy and try that,had a vectra not long ago with the same problem and a new unit cured the fault,also make sure the battery is in good order and well charged,worth a go good luck
