I have a Renault Clio 1598cc, V reg. The alarm system went off for no apparent reason and although I had help from three men we were unable to stop it. I have been told by a garage that it will need disconnecting from inside the roof of the car and will be costly. Is this correct? Can it not just be disconnected under the bonnet?
