door will not lock on panasonic NNS262SF -?

I have a Panasonic microwave model NN S262SF and door does not latch correctly. the door does not always latch and when it seems ot close, the display says that door is not locked. There is no handle on th emicrowave - it is a push button to open the door once it is closed
