my washer makes a beeping noise every second continuously and there is three lights that stay on
--11---1, when the start button is pushed the lid lock light comes on. how can i fix.

This is fault code 49 which is an error on the cold water inlet valve circuit. Either the cold inlet valve is faulty or the main control board has a fault and will have to be replaced. If the two wires are firmly connected to the inlet valve and the valve coil has a reading of approx. 62 ohms then it will be the control board.
