how do i install an epsom stylus c64?

i have just inherited an epsom stylus c64 with computer using xp professional and it wont install on my computer even though the previous owner used it. the computer detects new hardware, and will not install it because it cannot find the correct software. the printer is plugged into the usb connection, so i do not know what to do. Any ideas?

Hi Michelle,

Have you got the dirver cd for this printer? If not you can download it from the Epson website (http://esupport.epson-europe.com/SupportHome.aspx?lng=en-GB).

Once you have the cd or the downloaded files from the Epson website, it will install the printer and guide you through the setup of the printer.

See how that goes for now,
