Mend Toshiba 32AV555DB Lost Picture Sound

I have lost the picture but have sound, ?

The television is a Toshiba 32". 499676 TOSH 32AV555DB purchased on the 3rd December 2008. The picture on the screen started to fade away from one corner of the screen all the way down to the opposite corners until there was no picture visable, although the sound is there. How do I rectify this problem?
