I found that GE washer model, VBXR1070W0AA! Yes there is such such a model.I too am a woman, and I don't give up very easliy. Check out this web site, gives all the information you need such as part #'s and diagrams. Searched for it by model # and found it on www.partselect.com/

the model no you give is a strange one are we talking about a washing machine made in this country if so then the model no will be on the facia or on the inside of the door find this then I can advise you what to do.
