Mend Renault SL27 DCI 100 Pipe Lost Power

Crack on pipe 06 SL27 DCI 100?

I have lost my power steering as to a crack at the end of the power steering fluid pipe that joins onto the power steering pump. This means i can’t drive the Van stuck outside the front door. Can this crack have a temp repair with some sort of bonding agent until i find a replacement line so i can move the Van? Where can i source this main feed pipe from for replacement also i can do the job myself but need any tips from any good source. Will take photos of the work and link it to a page for future Ref: for any one.

Thanks cdc for your thoughts. I have just ordered a fluid line from ebay from front to rear looks like it could be a bit of a job. Will add a link to this page when completed for photos of repair.

if it is a steel pipe then a weld or braize may help you out,but would recommend to remove the pipe to do this,doubt a magic metal would stop the leak due to the pressure and other than a scrappy then you may well have to go to a Renault main dealer to source one,e bay may be worth a look too,good luck
