how can i fix my new world washing machine mn XPB60-22B?

the rinse tub only spins but dont dump the water how could i fix this?

assuming it's a new machine, in a new installation, have you connected it via the sink spigot method.
have you cut off the blanking end on the spigot before connecting drain hose to it?.
if not fitted the above method contact the maker under your 12 months warranty.

Most likely a coin, hairclip of debris stopping the pump from evacuating the water. try and gain access to the smaller end of the hose that runs from the barrell to the Pump. disconnect, and peer inside. look to see if the fins spin freely.
