renault kangoo cold starting problem?

I have recently struggled to start my renault kangoo diesal van it takes three to for turns of the key to start i dont have to try and start the engine i just wait till the lights go out and on the third or fourth time i start the van. the glow plugs and battery are ok.my fuel injectors three and four are running faster than one and two can anyone help THANS RAY
