how can i fix my item ts60-224?

remove the lid check the drive belt is intact,
turn the drum by hand is it turning freely
this next bit is a bit naughty with the power on and the motor humming give the drum a flick with your hand if the drum now drives change the large mains capacitor which gives the boost to start the motor .
