Frost/ice builds up in freezer and sheet of ice forms at bottom.Temperature in freezer increases until manual defrost is undertaken. Fridge drips water from under salad containers despite drain being cleaned. Unit is level.
Is there a drain in freezer and if so - where?
on the back is a spout that is above the drip tray which allows the defrost water to escape.if they split or get blocked they cause your problem.have a look around the back and remove the spout.check for blockage/splits and replace if needs be
