kenmore canister powerhead - 12 amps?

How do I take the cover off the powerhead to check the
belt and light.
I don't see any screws to loosen it

1. Remove the light bulb cover (just pulls off from pressing the sides in)
2. Remove the 2 long phillips screws in the center
3. Grab edge of the cosmetic cover from underneath and pull outward and upward to lift off of the black base. Now you can work on the brush roller and belt. If you have never changed the belt, the cover may be very stubborn.
