howdo i disconnect the hose from the shower head of my aqualisa thermostatic power shower as it needs replacing as appears to be split and is water is pouring from it

order a new thermostatic cartridge on the internet and fit it its fairly easy dismantling job and screwing in the part comes with instructions the most dificult bit is isolating the water supply i ended up switching off the stop tap and draing all the hot water out of the cylinder although you should have isolating valves in your loft if youre lucky
