Mend Tecnik TKE 5455 1SS Change Light Bulb Cooker Hood

How do I change the light bulb in my cooker hood?

My cooker hood is Tecnik; TKE 5455 1SS.
It has two halogen (I think) bulbs, one of which has gone.
I can't access from behind and I've tried prying the unit out, but I don't want to break it so I haven't forced it. It does come out a little, but not enough.
