window washer on a Peugeot 106 (1997)?

Just bought this and hear the window washer motor run but get no fluid from the jets. unhooked the supply to where it splits to the 2 jets but nothing coming out of (full) washer bottle. How do you get to the motor, as it is all boxed in? with wheel arch trim.
