They shouldn't scratch to easy unless you have been scrubing them with an abrasive cleaner.Did you fit the doors yourself or were they fitted already,any way have you made sure the protective film on the doors was removed,this scratches easy and you may not know it is on anyway,scrape away with your fingernail on corners of the doors and it will come away if it has not been removed,if they are new it may still be on,you can hardly see it but once you start you will find out.
