Mend Briggs & Stratton 14 HP Oil Start

I have a 14 HP Briggs & Stratton with a oil filter on generator ?

It will start and run for about 30 seconds then die, if I disconnect the wires coming to low oil light it will run fine.
Is the oil pressure switch bad?
