renault trafic 02 1.9 turbo diesel?

does anybody know the name of the valve that sits just below fhe expansion tank and is connected to the turbo it has an electic connection and two narrow hoses coming out of it. discovered this has been the problem of my trafic going into limp mode every couple of miles ,also the cause of the heater plug light staying on in the dash.want to see if i can get one from the auto parts instead of main dealers, by the way temporary solution is to take off both hoses and jion them both together(i used a bit of copper pipe)and it bypasses the valve thus stopping the van going into limp modeall the time the heater plug light stays on but this will go out when you replace the valve cheers
