techwood TWp4210 tv instruction manual?

Hi can anyone help please my son has the above tv & somehow manged to turn all the internal menus into German, he has also lost the instruction manual,& i'm now finding it impossible to tune the tv to freeview because of the language problem. please could someone help? I need to know how to change the language back to english, after thats done i'll be fine
