How can I find out why my boiler is on all the time?
My Sime superior boiler which is the same as a Potterton Profile, has a fault where the burner is on even when the control clock is switched to off, the only way to turn it off is to turn the mains off.
When the burner is on like this it doesn't heat the water unless the controller is set to on.
