Samsung model 530 TV stuck on one channel?

My TV is stuck on one channel. I can't change the channels, volumes or access the menu with my remote or manually. When I turn the TV on the red LED light remains on and flickers rather than the normal green light. The one channel that will come on, keeps going off and on. I have checked the cable connections, etc.
