glow worm boiler 24cxi flashing 0.3 bar?

insufficient water pressure for boiler to work
use your filler loop taps under the boiler to add more water into the system to raise water pressure to about 1.5 bar cold then close off the taps. boiler should now work if you get up the next day to the same low pressure further investigation will be needed on prv or expansion vessel pressure
