Why is my bosch tumble dryer 4108gb keep blowing fuse?

My bosch tumble dryer 4108gb/o1 keep blowing fuses.
thermostat check ok. 0 to infinity ok when cold.
Element good condition also checked out.
13 amp plug ok. Four fuses have blown.
Can you help

Hi, had a similar problem with rcd tripping - Check supressor capacitor by temporarily removing it = small round tube connected to live, neutral and earth inside cabinet.
