How can I fix my GE steam carpet cleaner model 106727?
I have a GE deep steamer carpet cleaner model 106727 that needs the filter that goes below the boot seal and plunger stem assembly. I cant find one. Does anyone know what kind of material this filter was made out of. It sits underneath the soap dispenser and is about a 1x1 round filter that sits over the stem on the stem assembly.
I need the assembly that fits in the bottom of the solution tank.

12/16/2015, for those who are looking for parts for this model, i just got off the phone with Authorized Appliance Parts in Bloomington Il. and they told me that they do not carry ANY parts for this machine what so ever. apparently this machine was made strictly for wal-mart and these two companies are no longer partners. i myself have this machine and i need a drive belt and that's all. there has to be some "after market" parts for this thing. it does a great job and fits my needs i would have to throw it away just because "GE" says there are no parts available.. any thoughts anyone?
