astra mk5 o5 boot difficult to open!!?

i have just bought an 05 astra design from a used car dealer and i cant open the boot... have took it to them and they seem to be able to open it ok but i have tried and tried to open it but still cant get it open myself! i dont think think its to do with the fuses as ive been reading on forums... cos wipers and everything else works perfectly... just the boot!!

Go back to the dealer and get them to show you how to do it. Don't leave until you are satisfied that you know how it works and that you can operate it.

If there is a fault they should repair it under the 6 month warranty that you get by law with all used cars bought through a dealer.
