Please help, i want to clean the filter in my washing machine but for some reason it'll let me turn enough to empty the water but no further and I'm frightened of snapping the plastic. Any idea's how I can unscrew it without breaking it?

I'm having the same problem. Where is the filter in this particular model? Is it at the front or right at the back?

just unscrew it full anticlockwise and pull.if you haven't had it out recently it might have stuff jammed behind and will take some getting out.sometimes you end up having to breaking the filter piece out!
