Moved house on Sunday, dryer worked fine in old house. Used it for 2 cycles here with no probs, then ran it the same time as the dishwasher... Bam. Rcd tripped.
Now everytime I put power to the damn dryer the rcd trips. So infuriating. With 2 kids and one on the way, I need help. I can't afford expensive repairs or a new dryer.
Any advice welcome, I'm a blonde female who only uses screw drivers to open packages, need to keep it seemples! ;-)
it might have water in the element due to being tipped during house move.You need to remove the kidney shaped panel at the back and then use you 'blonde' hair dryer and dry the element out.refit panel and then test.
